If the product you purchased has not been sent out, please contact us with your order number. We will cancel the order for you and process your refund.
If your product has been sent out, please provide us with photos of the package and product within 30 days after signing for the package. After we confirm it, we will provide you with a return and refund service.
If you have received the package, please provide us with photos of the products and tell us the reason for the refund. If it is a product quality problem, we will deal with it according to the situation. If the product cannot be used normally due to personal reasons, we will not deal with the refund.
2. How should I return the product?
If you need to return an unused product or return a product with quality problems, please provide us with photos of all products you have received.
If you need to return or exchange products, please contact us via email. We will reply to you within 24-48 hours. If your product is meet the Return&Refund Policy, we will provide you with the specific return process and return address in the email.
3. How long will it take to receive a refund?
We will process your refund within 24-48 hours after your order is canceled or after we receive the returned package. But the specific time when you receive the refund shall be subject to the bank processing after the refund is completed in our system. If you still do not receive the refund 14 days after we processed the refund for you, please contact us via email. And the refund will be returned through the original payment method.
